Job Description: Gen AI Solutions Architect

Position Overview:
We are looking for a highly skilled Gen AI Solutions Architect to lead the design, development, and deployment of innovative generative AI solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in AI system architecture, data processing, model development, and deployment across various environments. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable AI solutions while ensuring compliance with Responsible AI principles.

Key Responsibilities:

AI Solution Architecture: Design and implement end-to-end Gen AI solutions, including data ingestion, processing, modeling, and deployment, ensuring scalability, performance, and security.

Tool and Framework Evaluation: Assess and select the best frameworks, tools, and models (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex, RAGAs) for building and deploying AI solutions.

AI Component Development: Build and test AI components and proof of concepts (POCs) using advanced libraries and techniques such as LangChain, RAG, and large language models.

Prompt Engineering: Develop and refine prompt engineering strategies to optimize model outputs for specific use cases, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.

Database Management: Utilize a range of databases (SQL, vector, and graph databases) to support data storage, retrieval, and optimization for AI models.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with data scientists, engineers, and product teams to gather requirements and design AI solutions aligned with business goals.

Deployment & Operations: Oversee the deployment of AI solutions in different environments using AIOps pipelines, ensuring seamless integration and monitoring.

Responsible AI: Integrate Responsible AI principles into the AI lifecycle, ensuring fairness, accountability, and ethical standards. Validate solutions through comprehensive testing and monitoring.

Model Fine-Tuning: Apply various fine-tuning techniques to optimize open-source models, enhancing performance for specific business needs.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in designing, developing, and deploying Gen AI solutions across various industries.

Strong proficiency with AI frameworks and tools (LangChain, LlamaIndex, RAG, Hugging Face, etc.).

Expertise in prompt engineering and fine-tuning large-scale AI models.

Experience with databases including SQL, vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, FAISS), and graph databases (e.g., Neo4j).

Familiarity with cloud-based AI deployment using AIOps pipelines (AWS, Azure, GCP).

Knowledge of Responsible AI principles and practical experience implementing ethical AI practices.

Strong collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and translate business needs into AI solutions.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with advanced NLP, reinforcement learning, or generative models.

Familiarity with automation and monitoring tools in AI/Gen AI workflows.
