• Must have past experience working & troubleshooting with different integrations along with it customization in SAM Tools as per the customer requirement like SaaS integrations, ServiceNow Integrations, Citrix/XenApp, ILMT, BigFix, SSO etc.
• Technical and Functional knowledge of administering Snow Software environment is a must. Technical knowledge or other SAM tools like Flexera, ILMT, Aspera, ServiceNow is an added advantage.
