Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Oracle Cloud Fusion HCM Consultant with a techno-functional background to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in implementing, supporting, and enhancing Oracle Cloud Fusion HCM modules. The consultant will work on core HCM processes, including Absence Management, Payroll, Talent Management, Workforce Compensation, and Performance Management. This role will require both technical expertise and a deep understanding of HR business processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Support and Enhancements: Manage support and enhancement activities across various Oracle Cloud Fusion HCM modules, ensuring seamless integration and system optimization.
Module Expertise: Handle and provide solutions for the following modules:
Techno-Functional Role: Collaborate with both technical and functional teams to understand requirements, provide solutions, and ensure successful implementation and enhancement of the HCM system.
System Configuration & Troubleshooting: Configure Oracle Cloud HCM modules, troubleshoot issues, and recommend improvements to optimize the system.
Client Interaction: Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into effective Oracle Cloud solutions.
Documentation & Reporting: Create and maintain detailed documentation for configurations, processes, and enhancements. Provide regular reports on system health, performance, and issues.
Upgrades & Patches: Support and manage Oracle Cloud Fusion HCM upgrades and apply patches as needed, ensuring minimal disruption to business processes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Experience: 8+ years of experience working with Oracle Cloud Fusion HCM modules, with a strong understanding of HR business processes.
Techno-Functional Expertise: Proven ability to handle both technical configurations and functional business requirements for HCM modules.
Core HCM Modules: Extensive experience with Oracle Cloud modules such as HCM Core, Absence Management, Payroll, Talent Management, Workforce Compensation, and Performance Management.
Technical Skills: Strong technical background in Oracle Cloud HCM, including SQL, integration tools, and data migration.
Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot issues across the HCM modules and provide practical solutions.
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Certification: Oracle Cloud HCM certification is a plus but not required.
